Although "blue-printing", at least in automotive circles, usually means working towards a "standard", Athearn hasn't published any "standard" for their motors. So there's really no "official" standard to work towards. So I have established my own, "unofficial standard.

     Note: good locomotives to test against include Stewart Fs and FTs and Kato GP35s for four-axle locomotives and Kato Dash-9s for six-axle locomotives.
