Welcome to Diego Santiago Mella's photo album of Santa Fe-Inspired vehicles.

Diego is from Buenos Aire, Argentina, and created these model vehicles over 20 years
ago. He owns an extensive collection of HO scale car models, and numerous
Santa Fe locomotives and cars.

  • Number 7 is a HORCH850 1937 Wiking, motorized with a miniperm motor.

  • Number 24 is a Mercedes Benz 608 Ambulance Wiking, motorized with a Egerbahnn motor.

  • Number 188 is a 3/4 ton military trailer from Roco, converted to light duty service work on tracks.

  • Number 30 to 57 are different vans used for personal transportation from Ibertren, Herpa and Wiking.

  • Number 71 to 79 are for small packet transportation, from Herpa and Wiking.

  • Number 96 is a Mercedez Benz armored van for money transport, from Preiser.
