The CCRMARN is now about two miles east of Cheney, and will be rolling downhill
towards Bennet. It's been about an hour since this train pulled from Lincoln
Yard. The trip down to Nebraska City will take about 3 hours. Once there, it
will take another couple of hours to dump the train. By the time the empty
is ready to leave, a new crew will be bussed down to bring the train back. Of
course, the rear-end helpers will cut off at Nebraska City and return to
Lincoln as light power while the train is dumping.
