Name Topeka Number 6 Background This car originally entered Santa Fe service as Car #5002, was then renumbered ATSF #51 on 27 September 1973. BNSF renumbered the car BNA #41 on 12 January 1996, and then again to BNSF #6 on 30 June 1998. The car has retained the name, Topeka, throughout its long history. The car has accommodations which include Staterooms A through D which have single person occupancy, as well as an observation area for eight people, and a dining area, with service for eight.
